For an item to be eligible for the return policy, it must be new, unused or unwashed, and in perfect condition. The return must be requested within a maximum period of 30 days following the date of purchase. Shipping charges and taxes are at the customer's expense, unless the item is damaged .
In the event of a defect or damage to your item, an exchange may be made. Abricoco undertakes to pay the costs related to the shipping of this exchange. Please send us photos of your damaged item to info@abricoco.com, within a maximum of 30 days following the date of your purchase.
